So, what do you guys think about the Opening Ceremony? I like how it was very symbolic, not just your everyday Olympic Opening Ceremony.

Yeah, but I wish that they made it a bit more modern... People are going to stereotype Chinese people for that again...

I just watched the countdown on YouTube today. Wow, that was amazing! Everything from the ring of fire and the flying fireball comet thing to the light-up drums! Incredibly awesome.

I saw some ceremony and I wasn't impressed at all. Maybe I was looking at the wrong video. Could I have the link please?

LED screen, like the Jumbotron. Not LCD.

Hey, I didn't say that I wasn't impressed, just that most of it was really traditional.

The LED Drum countdown was amazing coordination and then some more were amazing as well. If you liked that, you should see CCTV's Chinese New Year celebration.
