getting android in to dutch language

hello everyone

I'm back, and this time with a question...
Hope anyone over here can help me
Recently I bought my self a new phone with android 2.2.1 on it.
Has got about 15 languages available but dutch is missing
Tried morelocale and morelocal2 but didn't get the job done.
Can anyone tell me how to get dutch languages files into android so I can get this to work?

Star a3000

Fully rooted.
android 2.2.1

1) Open Root Explorer
2) Browse to /system and open the file build.prop
3) We will be editing the line ro.product.locale.language=* to ro.product.locale.language=nl
4) Save and exit
5) Reboot and enjoy

seems like I can't save the file...

You're not fully rooted; you have no system r/w access.
