A warning about DigitBuying's Customer Service

I'm not usually the one who would make these kinds of threads, as I tend to give sellers the benefit of the doubt and give them some time to sort things out, but this is just unbelievable. I ordered an Android Smartphone (a very nice Galaxy S lookalike) from DigitBuying.com on January 19th (had some trouble with the other seller I was planning on ordering the M9 from... they never actually received any M9 and then took down their website, but that's another story). It arrived on January 31st, but was defective. The upper half of the touchscreen was completely unresponsive and there was a strange bubble on the upper right part, near the edge of the phone. I could not make a phone call, use most apps, or even scroll through menus properly. I contacted their customer service that same day and gave them a few days to respond. It's been 12 days and no response to my various emails. I then opened a claim with Paypal, who told me by phone that I would receive a full refund, but will have to send the phone back to Hong Kong and DigitBuying will have to receive it within 10 days from today. This means I have to spend USD$50 or $60 to send this piece of crap back to Hong Kong, insured and with a tracking number and pay to send it via Express Mail to ensure that it arrives within the 10 days I am given so that Paypal won't dismiss my claim.

I have just now seen this thread.
Did you succeed with your paypal claim?

The 'bubble' up there looks like splintered Glas so probably it was dropped or something smashed into it.

Well, Paypal said they'll give me a full refund once they confirm that the seller received the broken item. Right now they say a "specialist is reviewing my case" and will contact me before March 4th...
