Buyers BEWARE of FocalPrice!

For a long time, I actually preferred FocalPrice to DX, as their website had a better layout, and seemed to be written by someone with actual English knowledge. I ordered a rather large package from them around November. They usually ship within 2 weeks, and I was planning on ordering some stocking stuffers from them. It is now February 1st and still no package from them. I have also contacted them, but they do not seem to be willing to refund me at all; they keep on telling be to be patient and wait for the package. Do NOT order from FocalPrice. This happened to my friend who ordered around December as well. They seem to just be taking peoples money at this point. DX is the way to go for cheap stuff as of now.

I'd wait a few more weeks before dismissing them, since packages from China can be slow to arrive during Christmas / New Year.

It's all very shady, I ordered at the beginning of November, and it's already the beginning of February. It definitely doesn't take 3 months to ship something, even during the holidays.

You made the mistake by not opening a paypal claim withing the 45 days. This would make it much more easy to get your money back.

Last year Christmas was a big disaster especially for Hong Kong Post and DX costumers. I heard someone who ordered about same time as you first received their stuff in the beginning of January but this still very unlikely your problem.
You don't have any tracking on your stuff?

I had similar problem with DX this christmas...
I made the order in november 29 and I received the package on january 28.
Veeeeeeery long shipment on these dates. I hope that the package will arrive correctly or FP returns your money.
