iPod Touch 4G

Normally I'm not a big Apple fan, but this device may change my mind about Apple. I recently saw the iPod Touch 4G on the internet. So, I first started with sorting the hardware out. I was surprised by the Apple A4 CPU, the high resolution 'Retina' screen and the HD camera. But still, I thought it should be very expensive, knowing Apple. Then I started looking how expensive it is. Not being surprised of a price around 400-500 Euro, I searched on a well known Dutch online store. €229 for the 8GB model? You got to be joking! That's even cheaper than a Meizu M9. However, this being to good to be true, I was thinking about Apples 'ecosystem'. When would there be a Jailbreak? 1 week, 1 month, half a year? And Apples guideline: jailbroken - no guarantee. I might buy one... but only if it can be jailbroken.

the iphone 4 and ipod touch ios4 jailbreak has been released and it doesnt depend on being able to conncet to a pc in this version search on goolge i cnt remember the name off hand but it was on endgadget a few days ago

there are lots diff between iphone 4 and touch 4. the ipod touch 4 uses a "low quality" screen than iphone 4(can be easily tell from certain angle), if i remember correctly(there is article talking about these on Engadget somewhere).

can someone explain the 'game center'? is it a new app store?

The Game Center, if I understand it correctly, allows you to rank (and challenge) your friends for iOS games.
