Download：I'M QQ - QQ Official Site - Download QQ, English QQ, QQ International, QQ
or
http://dl_dir.qq.com/qqfile/qq/QQ2009/QQIntl_Beta2.exe
After a successful download, install, and register QQ account.
Then join the QQ Group: 6048223
So simple, you can share with users in China, together.
