i formated the player so all my music files will be deleted and after that the player resets and it was a green screen "update resource please"
i downloaded a couple of resource files install them and after that all i see now is a white screen with nothing.. can anyone tell me what to do plz

Thanked 14 Times in 11 PostsI think you used the wrong firmware. Is it still recognized in "My Computer"? If so, just get another set of M3 firmware files and put them in. If not, try searching for M3 DFU. Hope this helps and welcome to the forums!
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.
