i found that i have to upgrade to new version of OS/ROM/whatever

but i have one more question... do i have to install the original version or i can install my regional PL version of software?

and next... on which mode i have to upload rom files ? MTC on the second one?

and the last question... when i have firmware T 2.004.6 so can i install a skin signed by T 2.001.3 ? or i have to downgrade firmware to version of skin ?
    Pozdrawiam

No, skins have version numbers for a very good reason to avoid incompatibilities. You can try, but I strongly advise against it.
