M3 Equalizer

Hello at all!
I think of buying a Meizu M3, but I got some questions:
1. How much bands has the user definded Equalizer? Sorry, maybe this is discussed anywhere but I just find that the M6 has a 10 Band Equalizer. I didn't find anything about the EQ of M3.
2. In what kind of Mp3 the "stutter" bug occurs? Is it only in gapless mp3? I found it in a lot of threads on other sites discussing this bug and the mostly named possible cause for this bug was gapless playback. Has anyone experiences with non gapless LAME -V2 encoded tracks with ID3v2?
3. What material the case consists of? It looks like metal and I know M6 housing consists of metal, but how about M3?
It woul be great if you could answer those questions, it would help me a lot deciding to buy it.
Edit: The first and for me most important question I solved for myself. After an hour of searching and numerous google search results sites I foud out question 1 and 3. So if somebody can write anything about the stutter bug that would be great.

the only thing I can tell you is:

since you have the opportunity of using or set some of the sound setting in the M6 or M3, no matter the brand or the technologies other player use, you will always think about the sound of the M3 or the M3.

that's for sure!!!, all the settings I have tested with the Dssf3 and everythings works as was designed!!
