I've really had tried very hard to find an answer to a question about firmware for sp ver. but I couldn't find it anywhere.
So please tell me. I have M3 SP version 2.004.3 I would like to update firmware to the 2.004.6 but it's written that's for TP version..
Can I upgrade my meizu with this firmware, and if not why there's no new firmware for SP model?

Hi and welcome to the Meizu Me forums. You may not upgrade your player with firmware not designated for your player. You have to use the SP if your player is SP, kinda like how you cant put iPhone firmware on an iPod Touch, it just doesn't work (Only for M6's). However, for the M3, yes, you use the TP firmware, as that is meant for the SP M3. Don't ask me why, that's just how they decided to name it. Hope this helps.
