Unhappy Big problem with .ogg support !

Hi !
I just got the m3 this afternoon, I buy it mostly because it support .ogg files.
I put some files ( mp3 and ogg) and at the first start, the player stuck one a ogg file at the scan.
I format ( only way to access...) and don't put the bad ogg, and it started correctly.
But when i play some tracks, only in .ogg, the player "freeze" and I must reset it !

Does somebody know what's my problem ? My files or the .ogg support ?

Thx a lot for your help !

PS: Does i write like a french guy ?

Maybe you should update your firmware version if it's not the latest one. It's easy, just read the FAQ.
If I remember correctly the .ogg support was implemented in some of the latest firmwares.

Try re-loading the latest one. Sometimes the firmware files are corrupt. Then try again. If it doesn't work, try taking one of the files and fix the ID3 tags. If not, try using DBpoweramp (At Download.com) and convert to OGG. Hope this helos.

I experience your problem when I get my first Meizu player... the problem was treated in deep in this thread.

But your problem specifically is cover art embedded in the TAG of your OGG files... then use the tag manager of your preference and remove cover art... if you don't have one... download mp3tag in www.mp3tag.de\en which is free and allows you view all the files of your M3 in just one screen and correct them.

Edit.: I do test again some OGG files in my Meizu player (this OGG issue affects M3 and M6)... and guess what?... it fails

I've my OGG files without cover art then the problem is not just embedded cover art... it's certain TAGS which aren't accepted by Meizu firmware... so I do the natural action to play them... I remove all tags... and all the OGG played fine... then I tagged them using mp3tag which is the most neutral tagged I have (I do have too JRMC, Abander Tag Control (2 versions) and Tag&Rename)... and everything runs as it should...

OGG files played fine and showed in catalogue without problems, even displaying corresponding cover art.

Sorry I don't explain what is the tag problem... unfortunately I don't have enough time to investigate right now.
