Best MP3 settings to fix Stuttering
My files are LAME 3.97 V2 mp3s. I keep FLACs on my computer so it is possible for me to reencode. My question is what are the best mp3 settings to eliminate stuttering. It's extremely annoying.

Should I use OGG or stick to MP3? I'm kind of pissed off by this.
