M3 Music Card lost its resources!

Anyone out there who can help. One of our M3 2GB Music Cards (SN: M3SP02GGHBYGD2238) no longer plays music. Initially it came up with "No resource! Upgrade resource again" After pushing the buttons, as stated in the manual, to format, reset, etc. it does nothing much anymore... not even connect to the computer either. Any hints, links to an M3 DFU Tool, would be greatly apprechiated. My email is edi@swiss.org.au

For some versions, upgrading will format the player. Therefore, the player will ask for the resource file (resource.bin). It's not even an error, simply copy it and let it upgrade the resource.

I don't think the manual says anything about the need of formatting, resetting when this happens.

Thanks ErrOr for your reply. But there are 2 problems.
#1 where do I get the correct files for the M3 2GB Music Card (SN: M3SP02GGHBYGD2238) from?
#2 The computer nolonger connects to the Music Card or does not recognise it as hardware?
All it does is turning on displaying 'loading' and sometimes comes up with a white bar at the top of the screen.
Again thanks for all help & ideas.

I had the same problem, mine was the usb cable, it stopped working on the computer(for some reason it still charged it though) try a differant usb cable.
Other people already posted bout the resource so I guess I don't have to
