M3 won't update Music Library, even hangs while connecting on USB

hey guys.
I'm new to Meizu Products and got some strange issues.
I wanted to copy new music on my Meizu Music Card M3 8GB, then the startup took more than a minute and it failed updating the Music Library. The library says it got no files and it doesn't want to update itself.
When I connect it to the USB Port, my computer says:

The Meizu Music Card M3 just stucks.
Tried to reset it, but this didn't work.
DFU Tool also doesn't recognize it.
I also tried to delete some files, but this didn't work, too.
Please help me!
