Some features the website says that the m3 has

Frequency Spectrum Display-I think I know where this is. It just sets your screen brightness right?
Synchronized Lyric Display- How do you get this to work because that would be so cool if it worked?
E-book-is this just like text?
Alarm Clock- I can't find where it is, I found the clock but not the alarmclock.
Calendar- So is this just to say what day it is, or can you set special occasions?

I think Frequency Spectrum Display is just the one you get when you play a song and tap the slider twice (not double tap).

I have never used the lyric feature, so I don't know. But I've heard it's compatible with the LRC format.

Yes, E-book is just text files.

I didn't find any sign of an Alarm Clock, just a clock.

I think the Calendar can only be used to see what day it is now.
