Meizu M3 doesn't working - what to do???

Hey there.
Iv'e got a problem:
My M3 doesn't turn on - only a flash light when i press on the PLAY button.
I tried to reset it by pressing for more than 30 minutes - not working!!

What can i do?

Does the player recognize when it is being charged?? And have you tried to do a hard reset by holding down the "M" button for more than 15 seconds?

the screan remains off.
and i tries to reset by holding M button - not working!

So it sounds like the player is totally dead?

Try this thread to see if you can fix it with the DFU tool. I have never had to do this myself but it has worked for a lot of people.

i don't think it's totally dead, cause there's a flash when i press the PLAY button

You cannot even recover it with the DFU tool?

hi guy - if u tell, just a flash nothing more, then it seems to me it is another case which can be repaired with dfu. Well the thing is that till now nobody exactly knows the procedure. There are many of them - for me actually also worked one of them. So what I can suggest - you can read all threads dealing with "dead m3 player" and try. And - be patient and do not lose your hope as it might be a long way But I dont want to shock U, so don't worry and good luck! Tomas

Thanks for the information. Mine didn't start. Just a flash. Withe the DFU tool ik downloaded new files and everything worked again.

Follow the instruction step by step en take care that you keep the power en M button pressed during the whole operation.
