I'm having an odd problem with my M3 Music Card. I can get through some menus, but when I try to toggle an option it will not toggle.
I thought a firmware upgrade may help the situation, so I upgraded it to the newest version (which is in Chinese) and - case in point - I can get to the English language but cannot select it. So now it's stuck in Chinese... :P
So... can anyone suggest anything? I'm at a loss at what to do here. Return the player?

Hello Buddy0123, and Welcome. I believe that there might be a problem with your touchstrip. You can return the player or exchange it, your choice. You also could be tapping the enter part of the strip the wron way. Just keep tapping it until it selects English. Hope this helps.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.
