Hi there.

I've had my M3 for about three months, and it's always worked perfectly.

Last night, I was listening to some new songs that I put into the player. I wanted to repeat one of the songs, so I held down the forward button and waited for the back symbol to appear on the screen. Well, it never happened. Instead, the screen was frozen on the forward symbol. I tried to shut off the player, to no avail. The keys made clicking noises whenever I pressed them, but the screen was utterly unresponsive. After about a minute, it turned dark, but when I held it to the light, I could STILL see the frozen screen, with the song title on it. I tried to connect it to my computer, to no avail. The player could still be detected... but the screen remains the same.

So, now I'm at a loss. Help?

did u try to reset the player?

Try holding down the Play/Pause button for 10 or more seconds to reset the player. That actually happened to me one time and it was as simple as resetting it.
