hey amte sory to burst your buble but the m3 se was a hoax, google it and you will find all the rumours dat back to may this year and meizu never siad a word about it, why would they need to the m3 is a great mp3 and its nav buttons are unique, y would they settle for some mainstream look?

the m3 tp (the current version) is superb if thats what your looking for! its hailed the music card and its cheap, dont settle for an ipod becuase the is way better, they come in 4gb and 8gb models and you can fit alot of songs and pictures on it! the best thing is a new firmware is realeased monthly and the lovely people on this site make skins so you can personalise your player!!

the m3 rocks and at this present moment in time and possibly forever it only comes in tp version not sp, good luck! and your english was okay!!

buying m3

yuvalnus, if you are going to get m3, be reminded that there will be some songs, mostly those encoded with old mp3 codec that will have stuttering or loud squeaking at the end of the track...however, this problem can be solved by re-encoding them with new codec(e.g.LAME). another problem with m3 is that whenever you pause the player, it will shut down automatically after 3minutes(the shut down time is not adjustable).
adding to that, the video on m3 has no resume function, nor rewind and fast-forward, which makes it ideal only for watching short video clips or mtv. other than all these problems, m3 is a very good player with great sound, the video is very watchable, and the battery life is very good(about 18 hours).
if it wasn't for the silly stuttering and squeaking problem, m3 would have been the perfect nano player.....

The M3 will have or not a successor?

I got personaly the (bugged) M3 player, and I have seen since may 2007 on the web a piece of news about the possible M3 Second Edition (M3 SE).
I can say that this M3 SE is very beautiful in any way (even if it doesn't exist).

Will we have a chance to see a M3 SE one day?...
Because M3 exists since one year already.

I hope Meizu do releases a newer model to it too but the current one isnt bad. I think it can probably last another year. The only thing i use it for is music so even in my pocket if i wanted to change track all i do is remember the location of that one button and press it, whether in normal or shuffled it works great the way it was designed to be. The rumored M3 SE does look better but having the back, forward/next buttons may complicate things.

If Meizu does release another i hope perhaps its smaller, if not then improve more on battery consumption. Capacity is ok, since you can store more than enough 320bitrate music to last the time needed for listening.

I really like the design of the current M3. The only complaint I have, and I don't know if it is really even a complaint, is that skipping back and forth through songs takes a bit longer. Other than that I love the thing.
