FM Player

Recently I purchased a 8gb M3 from JTC Electronics. I like the player, its great. However I get no FM at all. No signal, no sound, nothing, zip. I contacted JTC and he says all his players do the same. My son has an M6 which gives great reception here in Fort Worth Texas. Any ideas why the M3 won't do the same?

I am a chinese Meizu fan
Just edit the file FM.ini in system of the root folder.
CH01 = 09680,name means 96.8MHz It's an music channel in Hangzhou China
CH02 = 00000,name
and so on
Then turn on the Meizu M3
Enter the FM tuner
Turn select station list to Ext.List
And enter station list
Enjoy
