How can I fast forward videos on my M3?

I have now gotten some videos to play on my M3, but I can't figure out how to fast forward the video so everytime I play one I'll have to watch the whole thing. I checked the manual but it doesn't say anything about fast forwarding videos. How do I do it? I just got my M3 and haven't downloaded any firmware yet.

I'm not 100% sure as I own only the M6, but I have heard that the M3 can't FF mp3s, which makes me think that it cannot FF videos either.

There is no FF/RW on the M3 for video. Primarily it was designed mainly for music and the video option was just an addon and is great for short music videos and the odd Southpark episode but as you have found not really suited for full lenght movies.

That said there have been many requests for it on Meizu BBS so it may appear in future firmware updates but I would not hold your breath.

Music files can be advanced by taping the touch strip to bring up the position pointer and using the the touch strip to advance\retreat through the track.

The next best thing you could do is spit the video up into diffrent parts like on a dvd so you can pick the one thats closest to where you stopped watching last

Surely you mean SPLIT UP... if somebody going to start SPITTING his player it will be even worse that leaving the surface full of greasy fingerprints

Anyway split up tricks is really smart :D

What madman said is so truly evident... that guys from Meizu didn't even add a Video entry in menu as it is in M6 :P:P:P:P:P
