How do I convert video files to m3 format?

I recently got my 8 GB Meizu M3 and the disc that came with it. I installed the convert program, however I can't get it to work. I can open the program itself fine and add a file that I want to convert, but when I click "start" after selecting destination folder and settings nothing happens. How do I actually start the conversion, I really want to watch videos on my M3.
Can anyone help me? I'm using Windows vista by the way.

run it with admin rights. If it still does not work, try BatMan.
And please don't double-post !

I am running it with admin rights, at least I think so, anyway to check?

I tried batman and it wouldn't let me run it and it said I needed to have administrator rights. Only I use this computer and I only have 1 profile here, what do I do?

I found "Super" to be good at converting video, avi and flv to mp3.
