my mp3 wont turn on!?!?HELP!

i got the meizu mini today and i plug it into my computer and it flashed a white screen then turned off. Then i took out the plug and tried to turn it on about a thousand times and its not working is it my fault? because when i pluggeed it in like 1 second later i tried to turn it on then the white screen blanked then it stopped working plzzzzz tell me how to fix it or should i return it with the warrenty thing ?

Have you tried a hard reset or a soft reset? Did you try to upgrade the firmware? Did you download the correct firmware? If you didn't just plug it back into the computer and (if you don't have Vista) use the DFU tools. Then when your computer recognises it, download the correct firmware into the root folder
