Just got my sp M6 today, and tried to upgrade the firmware to latest version. Then I got a white screen. Tried all the resetting options and none work. The big problem is when I try the DFU method, I can't choose the DFU folder. The option is greyed out. I tried it on my other comp, and the same thing happened. I can hear it clicking when I scroll through. Anyone know what to do?
