Another Problem

I got into another problem. So it's working, and I was connecting it to the computer to put in a new song, when I accidentally pressed the M button at the top of the touch pad. Suddenly, the main menu appeared, but with the same black background. I got curious and tried scrolling down, but it screw up, and then I pressed M for a few seconds and the screen dimmed. Now I can't do anything with it. It stayed dim, and I can faintly see the writing.

Can anyone help? I can even turn it off.

Hold down the play button at the bottom of the touch strip till the player resets.
