I'm not really smart on these things, so you'll expect me to get into trouble. I did a Lo-Level Format (stupid, eh?) and now whenever I turn it on it shows a green screen and "no resource! upgrade resource again!" How do I fix it? If there a downloadable file that can restore the previous settings?

After formatting there is (of course) no more firmware on the player.
So you have to put the M6.EBN & resource.bin -files back on your player.
If you download a new firmware, make sure to get the right version for your device (TP or SP).
Edit: sorry, i was talking about the M6, the procedure should be the same but i don't know
how the FW- files are named for M3.Last edited by my zoo; 07-25-2007 at 11:09 AM.

Do a complete firmware reload. The most recent Music Card firmware is T2.003.4 which you can download here:
http://www.meizu.com/MeizuMp3LiveUpd...3_T2.003.4.rar
Once you have downloaded it extract the firmware files (M3.EBN & resource.bin) with a program called WinRar (Do a Google search for it and download and install a trial copy).
Once you have the files extracted copy them to your player, disconnect and then restart your player. When the player boots it will install the M3.EBN file and then shutdown. Restart the player and it will then install the resource.bin file and boot to the default M3 theme.
The player will now be displaying the default Chinese Language so you will need to click M to bring up the menu and then scroll to the 设置 (Settings) Symbol, then scroll to the 语言 (Language) symbol. You should now see a setting for English, select it and you should be right.

Turn the player on and connect the Music Card to your PC with the USB cable. It should then show up in Explorer as a removable drive. Copy the 2 files to the Music Card or drag and drop them onto the drive icon.
