Photo problem

I have got a problem with photos.
When I look at them in the main menu in the "photos" menu everything is perfect, but when I want to look them in the "pictures" or "music" folder in the browser it just doesnt work.
When I push the central button it just tell me "cancel" and "delete"
He do that with all pictures.
I have a m3 T2.003.3 that I bought last week. Is it the firmware or something else?

that won't work with the current firmware. the file explorer opens only music files, videos and text, but no pictures.
