for those who are thinking about getting a crystal case, i wouldnt advise it. not for reasons of scratch/denting the m3 b/c i havent seen it yet, but b/c you cant even fit your finger tips into the <> button.
want to change songs? wont happen. Want to change radio station? cant push it.
Im asian and my hands are the biggest in the world either, but for the life of me i cant even get close to touching the button.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postsgigabeat, you are wrong.
The crystal case for the M3 comes with a very small circular piece of plastic that is supposed to be placed where the circular <> button is. Make sure that you have this placed in the proper place and you will find that pressing the <> is very easy.
Like you said, it is IMPOSSIBLE to press the <> without the small piece of plastic. Did your crystal case come with this second piece of plastic? If not, you were ripped off, but I am guessing that you either overlooked the piece and/or lost it.
Once again, the crystal case is made up of THREE plastic pieces -front, back, and <> button cover. Put in the <> cover piece and it will work just fine.

I think serleomar is correct. People assume the extension button is just an excess piece of plastic and throw it away by accident. All of the M3 Crystal PC Case's have the clear extension button in the hole, and it is supposed to stay there when putting in the player.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postsgigabeat, no problem!
I just wanted to make sure that you knew the truth. The only problem I noticed with the crystal case is that when it is brand new it needs to get "broken in" and what I mean is that the plastic is kinda stiff and makes a tight fit into the front plate which makes it a bit unresponsive, but after using it for a day or so it starts to click perfectly.
Enjoy your case!
