auto switch off on M3 when in pause

Hi all,
I bought few days ago my M3 music card and I'm very happy with it, except for one thing:

if I stop music reproduction (pause) my player switch off automatically after few minutes, even if no sleep timer is set and it's very annoying.
any one experienced it?

any suggestion?

I've already formatted it but it didn't worked out.

you can not do anything about it, but hope it doesn't do it in the next firmware anymore

that's the automated battery saving. M6 does the same, and I must admit I like this feature .. though I agree it should be customizable.

after put my thread I saw many similar discussion and even a poll about it:

this seems to be a very ammoying thing for many users.
