i can not switch it on

hi...
please could anyone help me out??
i bought a meizu M6 few days ago..and i was adding pictures inside and suddenly it switched off and i don't know why because i was not doing nothing special just adding pictures and chekking them with the mp3.
Could anyone tell me something about what can i do??...as send it somewhere,i'm living in spain,where can i bring it or where i have to send it...?

I've had similar issues in the past. I would consult the FAQ and try to soft reset the player. I would also make sure that the battery is fully charged.

In my experience there is nothing that can't be fixed by following the steps in the FAQ. Worst case you might have to use DFU tools and reload the player, but in the grand scheme of things that isn't all that bad.

the player will restart and probably function again
