The video converter does come with your Meizu, on the driver disc. You install it from the menu that appears when the disc is auto loaded.

In my opinion this video converter works great. It may not handle many input formats but it has the most common settings and file formats that people will use.

You can almost use any other video converter if you wish, just bare in mind you need to have the core settings to play on the Meizu.

Settings i use are as follows, throughout any video converter for the Meizu but i recommend WinAVI (very good in converting, file formats, and settings):

Video Bitrate: 384
Frames Per Second: 15
Width: 176
Height: 128
Video Codec: XvID
Audio Bitrate: 128
Audio Sampling: 44100

I have heard that the M3 can play videos up to 25 fps. So 15 fps does not use the M3 to its full extend.

actually dont use the WinAVI, lol, it doesnt convert well for the M3.

Yes the M3 can handle 25fps, but 15fps really works great with no jerky frames and handles the video near perfect. Using 25fps will add more size on your video.

Ive recently converted a 25min video using 20fps and that gave me 58mb, where as the 15fps gave me 51mb, so imagine 25fps and on longer vids as well. The quality also is determined from the source of the video itself.

With a 1hour 30min video (i.e. Fantastic four) at 20fps its almost 300mb, and 15fps is like 250mb. well try them out and choose your best option. I just thing as long as the video source is good you will have a brilliant video playback on your meizu.

some people don't care about the file size, but want to have the best possible quality.

Hi Candy, BatMan comes with a M3 profile. In the main menu, press D until it says "Meizu M3 Music Card".
