M3 freeze while loading

Hi all,
i was searching the forum but did not find a soultion for my problem.
My M3 worked fine a few minutes ago but now it doesn't.

I put some MP3's on it and reconnected it from PC. Then it freezed while updating music library so i hit the m+play button for more than 15 secs. But when i restart the player the display shows "loading" but nothing happpens. What can i do ? Please help. Thank you.
Damn, i wanted to give it my little sister on christmas....lol
