M3 Skipping Titles

Hello Everybody!

I just registered here looking for help with my M3. I bought this little bugger at Ebay for 12 Euros (8 GB, used but in fairly good condition) and love it's sound. But...i really have a problem with skipping tracks. Either the button is broken or my brain is really maxed out today. I have the following situation.
I touch the <>Button and see those hollow arrows, okay.. now (according to to manual) i'm supposed to press it shortly or longer for the several directions. Hm..nothing happen. I'm pressing it and the Player just keeps on playing..no skipping, no reaction at all. Everything at the player works fine..just this (maybe brain.exe related) problem..

Maybe anybody from here has a heart for me and trys to tell me how to skip tracks.

Try to reinstall the FW....you can find it here (on meizume)..
but maybe the player is broken...its hard to say...
