    Meizu kindness

    Greetings,

    I just wanted to let fans of the M3 a recent experience I just had with the Meizu folks.

    After 3 years of regular use the battery on my 8GB M3 failed to hold a charge for longer than 2 hours. I contacted Meizu and asked about a replacement battery. I received a response within several days by a fellow calling himself Ramon. After a couple of exchanges he instructed me to send the unit, along with a grand total of $21 USD to cover the cost of the battery and shipping (I live in Malaysia).

    Within 10 days the M3 arrived, and now I see battery life in excess of 20 hours.

    I have to say that I was entirely impressed and pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the company in supporting a product far out of production.

    Wow, great to see them still helping out international users with the M3!
    Can't wait to play with the Meizu MX!
