after installing the 1.009 version, I've got only white screen when i launch and it is not recognized by my pc...

I really need help.

try to get it off somehow and turn it on again. hold the on button for ~3 seconds and stick the usb cable in. the miniplayer should be recognized then.
otherwise try DFU tools (DFU Tools)

You probably have installed TP firmware on a SP machine.

First try to be sure you loaded the right firmware for your player, i mean T firmware for TP ot S firmware for SP.... then try the different solutions availables in the FAQ section.

I think i have installed a T firmware for a SP version. I'm such an idiot...

I tried what was advised in the FAQ, nothing worked. I don't know how use DFU... Someone could help me please?

but a new problem here : the driver instalation is blocking :/
