Copy the "resource.bin" to the root directory and DO NOT rename it,
unplug your player, then turn it off,
turn it on again and you'll see a dialogue box saying that the resources is being update.
Then, enjoy your skin.

@citizenklaw: yeah...swstar is right...just unzip the file...and transfer the resource bin into the root folder of your meizu...should work fine...i've tested it on both my m6.

Nop. Not working. I get an 'Upgrade Error' and the screen goes all wacky.

Update: Working! I had to reflash the firmware of the player, and I had to re-copy the skin into the player. Now it works.

I wonder if I had the 2.000 firmware instead of the 2.001.1 version

@citizenklaw - Try reinstalling 2.001.1 from this site and then applying the resource.bin of this skin.

Oh yeah, it works now. Just make sure you have version 2.001.1. Skin works A-OK.

OK. Upgraded to 2.002.3 and the skin stopped working, again. I wonder what's the small change those guys @ Meizu do between incremental version changes to make the skins not work. :-P

i think it's coz of the new scroll bars that change color to match the selected menu bar color. because of this, the numbering of the images have changed.

For those of you looking to use this skin in your version of firmware, there's a program called SkinConverter. You can find it somewhere in these forums. You should be able to covert it and apply it with the program.
