What is this program on the Meizu BBS?

I was just browsing the Meizu BBS for fun, see if anything interesting would come up, when I ran into this: mini»¯×±Ïä v2.15 [÷È×åÂÛ̳]

What is it? Is it a new type of resource editor? Or is it one for the M6SL? I noticed it requires .Net as well. But I don't have an account to download the program and have no clue how to register since, well, I don't speak Chinese.

It's a recourse editor made by some fan from the Chinese BBS. Already posted on meizume somewhere

Aha, so I was right anyway. I checked the forum here and found it, but it's still at version 2.13.5 while the one on the BBS is at 2.15 and it has a big changelog I think and support for 2.004.5 (and thus, 2.004.6) is added. Could someone get the updated version 'over here', for us all?

Dang... I tried to register, but the e-mail went, obviously, directly to /dev/null because it was so heavily spammy (Chinese will do that for me :D). Can't get a new password, because (translated with google) it says I haven't activated yet and should activate the password mailed to me). So, tried a different user name (turned off the throwing away of spam this time), but I have to wait for 2 hours before I can register from this sytem again. The agony! :D

UPDATE: oddly enough, I did get an e-mail for password change. Hurrah! I'll post the new version of the program soon in the older thread.
