Are there any restrictions regarding the type of firmware that is used on the player, i.e. are there "special" skins for the emgeton-firmware?Wolfgang Armbruster

Thanked 0 Times in 0 Postssteps to take:
1. download the skin that u want. make sure that it is suited to your current firmware version. u can download different firmware version upgrades on MeizuMe.com.
2. paste the extracted resource.bin file into the root directory of your miniplayer. by root directory, i mean the folder to which u are at if u double click the "meizu miniplayer" icon in "my computer". in the root folder, u will see subfolders called "MUSIC", "MOVIE", "SYSTEM", etc. if you see these folders, then u r at the correct place. paste the resource.bin file into there.
3. close your miniplayer down, restart it back up again. the miniplayer should say "upgrading firmware". give it some time (the screen will close itself, which usually takes about 30 seconds or less).
4. restart your miniplayer and you should have your new skin.
it should work from then on.Meizu M8 MiniOne
