nice tool.

In your skin converter 2.003.2 to 2.004.3, it says :

"Select the folder containing the 2.003.3 bmp files"


I think you should also include the Miniplayer Resource Editor 1.03 because we need it to extract 2.003.2 bmp files for your skin viewer
