Why can't you just download it from the page you linked? Right click on the link and "select save link" as or "save target as" depending on your browser.

The link is fine I just used it, but as i explained you need to right click on the link and select "save as"

I tried it a few times with Firefox and I all I got was a corrupt 231byte archive.
