What are the pictures in the resource???

Some of the pictures in the resource I just have no idea what they are or where they are used.
Specifically:
( : is the range in between, in case you were wondering i.e 1:4 = 1,2,3,4)
003:012,
030:041,
042:051,
057:061,
064 and 361,
379,
382,
489 and 490,
and 588
A list of all of them are the details on the ones mentioned above would be great.

Some of them are discontinued features (like for example rating stars).

Some of them aren't used by player at all (I don't know if they were). There are some pieces of text that aren't usefull too (like for example Tetris in every language, suggesting that maybe they were planning to put tetris on there)

Basically if I were them I would cut out all the usless stuff to make the resouece files smaller.
