convert 2003.2b skins to 2004.1

Can some explain how to do this?? Because i have skin converter, but it doesn't work. Can someone help out. Thnx!@

You have to do that with Resource Editor. You load the 2.003 skin, export all pictures.
Then you load the 2.004.1 firmware and import the pictures manually. This should work, although it takes some time.

The colored (horizontal) menu bars are bigger in the 2004.1 versions than they are in the 2003.2.
