i have a new m6 sl. i launched the resource editor. but i can't find any .bin files on my M6? how do you change anything?

The resource.bin files come from the downloaded firmware packages. You can download the firmware here, then extract it and it should have a resource.bin in it

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Google for .NET Framework 2.0 then download and install it.

Are you using Vista? You might need to right click, and say "Run As Administrator".
