Just got the miniplayer. It's awesome.
I'm not a big ID3 guy, so I plan to use the browser to access my music most of the time. However, the "Broswer" item on the main menu is toward the bottom, and I'd like it to be the first item for ease and speed. Anyone know of a way to change the order of the menu items? (i.e. not just add or remove items form the settings)

no, there's no way.
Internet has an answer for every question out there, not likely to be always the answer you're looking for.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsIf you have Winamp, or a program that makes m3u playlist files, you can easily set it up to woirk just like that using only playlists in the Music menu.
I set up all my folders in about 10 seconds each by right clicking the folder in the miniplayer while connected through the USB, after it's already in the music folder, select "Play in Winamp" (or another program you use if it's there), and usually, Winamp automatically sorts by filename, unless the ID3 specifies a different order. If it's out of order, you can select Sort, and by Filename in Winamp, then just select List, and Save, then save it with whatever name right into the System folder on the miniplayer.
I set up all my folders like that in about a minute or so. Then you can browse by playlist as if you were browsing by folders instead.
I have encountered some weird bug, once, though. I don't know how the hell it happened, but one day, it displayed my Music BG DAT file as a playlist file, along with random garbage Japanese/Chinese named playlist files, and a few half named files where the names were playlists I already had there already. I don't know what made it, though.
Anyway, you could try that out. I use that all the time, and it works great! I just go to the playlist, then select the track I want to start playing at within it.
