Updated Version Resource Editor 1.03.1

An updated version of the Resource Editor 1.03. A few changes in the preview and hex sections along with a few bug fixes. I also found version 1.03 crashed in Windows Vista when trying to save changes this version works fine in Vista. Needs to have Microsoft NET Framework 2.0 installed.

I get an error when I try and open a resource file:

Code:
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
If I choose continue the app just sits there with the hourglass and does nothing. Anyone know a way to get it to work?

Even if it's in Chinese, it's still awesome... it's taken a few secs to translate my resource... no more copy/paste!
