Why two files? What is the difference between them?

There are 3 releases of 2.003.2 each one with slightly different image layouts, I think this may be the 2nd release. Run it through Thursti's excellent Skin Converter to update it.

Hi ! (I'm french, I'll try to tell you my problem but sorry if it's dificult to understand)
First of all : /\/\@D/\/\@/\/, great skin ! beautifull ! very clean and not look like "plastic" if you see what I mean... good Job ! it's my default skin !
But... can you share us your background because I thought the topbar was transparent but no, it's "solid" as you said... well, I would like your background because, actualy I have the picture, but not exactly with the same dimensions so my background and the topbar of your skin are "unscotched"... like this :

Do You see what I mean ?
You had given your templates to Zaan, I would like you to give me your background please
I tried to do this like you said to Zaan but it's to dificult for me
 : Thanks !You can download the templates here:
http://uploaded.to/?id=wd5nd9
There are 2 one for the Background which has the drop shadow and the other for the top bar. All you need to do is open them in Photoshop and add whatever picture you want to use as the wallpaper on your player, then move the picture to the back so that it is behind the dropshadow\topbar and save them as .bmp files.
The topbar you should save 347.bmp, the background as 353.bmp.
If you open the resource editor (I prefer this one as it remembers the image numbers : http://www.meizume.com/attachment.ph...3&d=1176045523) then load your resource.bin file you will see a folder called "Pictures" in the left side. Expand it and go to image #347 which is the top bar. When you click on the image number you will see the image on the right. Right click on the picture and select (I) to import your newly save image, then go to the directory where you saved your images and select 347.bmp then do the same with 353 for the background (or you could just load the background through the photo viewer on your player).
Then save the resource file and load to your player as normal.
The image numbers quoted above are for firmware version 2.002.3 the numbers may differ if you are using a different version.

If you go into Settings\Display and select default background you should get the themes included background.

Thanked 0 Times in 0 PostsHi all, I had a quick question about this...
Is the first post with the skin an updated version of everyone's suggestions or the original skin posted? I'm not really following what the additions and changes were that were suggested by other people.
Also, I see on the preview images that the % progression number underneath the progression bar for songs is supposed to be white, but for me it is still dark blue...how do I get it to be white?
Edit: Okay, so I see that the numbers change to white as the progression bar passes, but in the preview the numbers which haven't been passed yet are a dark grey...these are still dark blue for me...this is what I want to change. Sorry for the confusion..thanks to anyone who can helpLast edited by saturnine; 08-05-2007 at 08:37 PM.

Could you create a variation of your theme with the background and the new logo for the mikrofon included in this post and also use the USB logo out of the standard skin from version 2.003.2 (two blue arrows circling around the usb node)? I would very much appreciate that.

When playing music, you press the enter button 3 times then that should get you the equalizer thingy.
If you are having trouble with your player, please visit this thread first and try the steps before you panic. Most likely you will be able to fix your player easily using the steps listed.
