Aurora Skin M3 2.004.5

Here is a new skin that I have been working on for the past few days. I'm not going to lie, I don't think these pictures do the skin justice. I am extremely happy with it. Hope you guys like it as much as I do.

Yeah. Have you downloaded it and seen it spinning? It's even worse!:P

I did like your setup more than the original (much easier to read song titles), but had a strange problem: with your resource.bin, M3 was always updating Music Library after USB connection...
(Even if it was just for charging, in switched-off state, so no sense in updating as there was not any change)

Had the same problem before 2.004.5 firmware update, so I thought that FW solved the problem - but with your resource, it's here again.

So finally I uploaded the original resource.bin on M3, and problem is gone again: no updating if it was just a charge.

Weird, I'd think it must be a firmware feature, not resource...

Can you tell me what happens on your M3 after you just gave it a charge? Does it start updating?

Weird. I guess I never noticed that before because I never plug my player in without transferring new music on it. But yes, I did just charge it a little bit and now it is updating the library. Let my try it with the original resource from 2.004.5 and I will let you know what happens.

Hmmm that's really strange. It doesn't update it when the original resource file is loaded. Weird. Does anyone have an explanation for why the resource file would affect this?

Thank you for trying it: good to know this strange bug affects not only mine, but can be reproduced on other M3 as well.

I guess it might be the resource editor that sets something wrong - but of course have no clue what could it be...

(as my 8G M3 is fully loaded, I rarely update its content, mostly plug into USB just for charge. And again, because it is 8G with loads of files, Music Library update takes really looooong, that is why I find this bug annoying )

Now I'm even more confused: it now just did a ML update after charging with the original resource...

Maybe it isn't linked to the resource, just a strange bug that sometimes occurs, sometimes does not

So now I'm back to your skin...
Where should I find that nice spinning image?

That is the animation that plays when video is loading.

I wonder what the explanation for this weird predicament is....

Well, not sure if I should say it yet, but since I've upgraded to 2.004.6, "Library update after charge" problem seems to be gone...
(otherwise the "resource.bin" attached to 2.004.6 seems to be the same binary compared to the one included with 2.004.5, so one can use a 2.004.5 skin without modification)

Hello, I have upgraded my M3 from 2.003.5 to 2003.6, so it means I could used 2.004.5 skins without problems... or worse ?
Hmmm.... very interesting...!
I thought I had to download the one wich used the same FW version only...
I'm gonna try it !... Well, euh... maybe later... Hope it works !
