MMS Settings in Registry!

hey guys
i need help please , i can receive mms but not send , it just says sending failed ...
anyway i edited the registry as you suggested so it would receive and it does but it won't send whats more is that it sends via edge network and not gprs as gprs does not work i never got the "G" icon to show on my status bar
so what should i do ? i cant surf the net unless im using wlan...
if its any help for you guys then im currently in israel (studying ) and im on a carrier called Cellcom and i have a 3G sim
how can i fix this

Just a question: when was the last time, you could surf the internet via EDGE ?

i couldn't but when i receive an mms the "E" icon turns white instead of grey and a circular icon starts spinning indicating that its downloading the content of the mms
but i never surfed the web via gprs or edge ... it just gives me a blank page with a text " Access Denied" in the upper left corner of the page

Puh, this sound like there must be an easy solution for that, if you get MMS & have "Access Denied" for surfing...hmm...

any suggestions ?

I never had this, but: MMS runs over GPRS. So you have a connection.
Did you checked all your regitries ?? (not just those ones this thread is about)

what should i check ?

open RegistryEditor om PC and just run it through, perhaps you are lucky and find something..don´t know, could be like: in 1, out 0, or some chinese gprs settings....

i still don't know what im searching for the only thing i can tell ya is that when i go to the usage option in the settings it shows me that in the gprs section : 579.38kb sent and 313.87 received and these two were less than that yesterday :S does it help ?

For example here is something.....
go there and enter your settings

its the same values as you have ... plus messing with these wont mess my network service ?

That´s a screenshot of the meizu´s standard chinese settings.....
If you change them and nothing changes for you, so go and put them back to default, easy

Do your GPRS and MMS settings have different ProxyPorts and ProxyServers ??

Edit: for example here...some user from germany has this settings

vodafone (germany)
profil 1:

Vodafone live!
APN: wap.vodafone.de
username--
passw--
proxy: 139.7.29.1
port: 80
server: http://live.vodafone.com

profil 2

VF DE-MMS
APN: event.vodafone.de

i dont know :D ha .... i entered "internet" in the gprsconnect as thats what my provider has as for other gprs settings their all blank again as thats what i've been instructed by the provider when it comes to proxyip i entered some numbers they gave me and proxy port is on 8080 as i've been told and the server with a site name given , other than that nothing is touched :S so

help....

..you got no connection, wifi or gprs is not working!

no not wifi wifi is working properly its the edge and gprs im having troubles with ! so does that mean that my settings are wrong or what exactly does it mean ?

Yes, than you got troubles with gprs settings.

:S these network settings are giving me HELLLLLLL :@ i love the m8 and its doing everything i wanted it to its just the perfect phone for me but I NEEEEED to make internet work just because i want to send and receive mms :S i hope i'll get some help for those setting from the locals (not in this forum)
