I´ve seen on the SMS screenshot that you changed the "device host" to "me", right?!
Never thought about that,but know....how did you do that???

If you open SMS.exe.0409.mui with Resource Hacker, you can modify the "Device Host" to "Me" or whatever you like.

Installed it, works fine. Thanks. Only hiccup (if you can call it as such) is that in the Settings program, the System-Language now reads "????" (instead of "Chinese") and "English"

I have made some adjustments to it, please check the download link for changelog! Chinese has been fixed already.

I'm lost could somebody explain to me in detail how to install theses software and do i need to install any other files for it work. and how to i get to this path \Device\Windows because when i connect the phone to my computer i dont see that path. all the file i install goes to the disk not the device. I just got the phone a few days ago

What you have to do is go to Settings>System>Language, and select chinese, then restart your phone. After this you open Documents, select the cab installer on your Disk folder (yes, Device is invisible if you're connected via USB disk mode), wait for it to install, then go back to the Language change, select English, and restart the phone once again.

if a new FW will be aired, will there be complications with this application?
So if i update my FW, i have to wait for a new version of this app, right?!

If developers of Meizu made corrections in this program, you must wait for new translating... It's not the MUI-it''s translated exe file. But backup not changed in 0.9.0.4 and 0.9.0.5, for example.

Yes, if they add new functions in menus, I'll have to modify the originals again, but I think it can be done in about 10 minutes with copy/paste So you don't have to wait much...

I got my M8 right away. Loading battery at the moment.
Do I have to set the language to chinese before restarting it? do I got all right:

-download the installer (?which one to take?)
-extract to F:\Windows
-overwrite after backuping files
-set language to chinese
-restart M8
-install .cab file (?where do I find it, and how can I execute it?)
-restart again - enjoy (?what language has the phone now? if chinese, how i can switch to english without knowing where to go?)

Could you do another new CAB Installer because there are some updates, or are the changes already included? Or where can I get a CAB Installer with the newest changes?

Cab installer always has the latest files in it!

so i only have to download the "MzAppInstall_English.zip! and unrar in to my root and execute it via my M8? After patch is done i restart? I don't have to set language=chinese before?
