but even i get no message nothings changes... how are the settings on the second setting page?

I see your exe - something wrong with your project - all strings in OgreGUI must not have attribute Fixed - it must not set after your open string for edit. In your case it set, and strings are not editable, more then they is. When you are translate file in Radialix, you don't exceed length of translated strings? For example this is Sprite M8, translated to russian, if you open it you can see, that all strings can be edited freely.

i never get any changes when i replace file with ogregui...

but i can only change with ogregui when the string has the same lenght or is shorter.. no error message just no change

Idea is to translate not all strings in program, but only one-two, and see, what is in OgreGUI. If all be same, i try to install at my computer english version Radialix, may be some problems are in it...
And there is strange, that other peoples don't write anything - someone besides crimson05 try to translate or all waiting?

I translated only 'ex' and 'about' with radialix

when i want to change with ogregui to 'exit' and/or 'about...' nothing happens

when i change from 'about' to 'test' it works

Now, after some hours of testing, i give the solution, the "hard artillery", if it's not work, then i don't know
Delete the OgreGUI, we will use only Radialix with the IDA plugin, and IDA for some operations and this solution more easy.
Changes in my first guide:
1.You must install IDA in some directory
2.You must reinstall Radialix, need select IDA plugins in installation options and install it in IDA directory.
3.Run IDA, select New, thep PE Executable, select your EXE file, then Next, then select Create imports segment and Create resource segment, Next, Finish. In the dialog called Please confirm(if it appear) select No and wait some time to analysis. When it complete, go to Edit->Save RDMAP file as, and save file in the directory, where is your executable. Don't close IDA and run Radialix.
4.In Radialix you must set all as in my first guide, but in the File properties dialog you must point to RDMAP file - press Open button and select RDMAP file which you save in the previous step.
5.Now, in the radialix you must see in the column called Links (next column after Translated length) some digits, not zeros, which are without RDMAP file. And now you can translate your program in Radialix, and set full translation of strings which have not zero in the Link column. It's great, that you can use program only in Radialix, without OgreGUI!

How come I have East Asian Language pack installed and still can't see the chinese characters correctly?

If you're using Vista, then you should open up control panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Administrative -> Change system locale -> Select Chinese Simplified PRC. If you're using XP, it should be somewhat similar.
